Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Eskultura — your account, the assets you download, and any subscription you take out. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service.
Eskultura is a library of 3D assets for Unreal Engine architectural visualisation, operated by the Studio identified in our aviso legal. A free account gives you access to a starter selection. A paid subscription unlocks the full library for as long as the subscription is active.
Your account.
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The account is personal to you and may not be shared. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country of residence.
Subscription, price and billing.
The Studio plan is offered at €25 per month or €225 per year, with taxes shown at checkout. Payments, invoicing and tax are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as merchant of record. Your contract for payment is therefore concluded with Lemon Squeezy as reseller, while the asset licence is granted by the Studio.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Downloads and what you keep.
Each asset you download is yours to use under the asset licence. Assets you have downloaded remain yours to use even after a subscription ends — cancelling stops new downloads of paid assets, it does not revoke a licence you already hold. We aim to keep your previously granted files re-downloadable from your dashboard, but do not guarantee indefinite availability of any specific file.
Right of withdrawal.
Eskultura supplies digital content. Under EU and Spanish consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract — but that right is lost once the supply of digital content begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
When you download an asset or start your subscription, you expressly ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that supply. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
Acceptable use.
You agree not to resell, redistribute or sub-license the assets except as the asset licence allows, not to share your account, and not to attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the library, or disrupt the service. Misuse may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
Availability and changes.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove assets and features over time. If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will let you know and, where required, ask for your agreement.
Liability.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our own serious fault or for your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, the Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of an asset in a particular project.
Termination.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On termination, your right to download new assets ends; licences for assets you already downloaded continue under their own terms.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the European Union. Disputes are subject to the courts indicated in our aviso legal.
