Purpose of the site.
Eskultura operates a subscription library of 3D assets for Unreal Engine architectural visualisation. The site lets visitors browse the catalogue, create an account, download assets they are entitled to, and manage a subscription. Payment, invoicing and tax are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as merchant of record.
Intellectual property.
All content on this site — text, the Eskultura name and logo, the user interface, and the 3D assets and their imagery — is owned by the Studio or used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property law. Downloading an asset grants you the licence described in our asset licence; it does not transfer ownership. Reproducing, redistributing or reselling site content without written permission is prohibited.
Conditions of use.
Using this site means you accept this legal notice. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, circumvent access controls, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others. Specific services (accounts, downloads, subscriptions) are also governed by our terms of service.
Liability.
The Studio takes reasonable care to keep the site available and its information accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.
