Asset licence.
Last updated 31 May 2026.
Every Eskultura asset — free or from a subscription — comes with the same standard archviz licence. The short version: use it in your work as much as you like; do not resell or hand on the files themselves.
In one line. Unlimited commercial use in your own projects. No reselling, redistributing or sharing the source files.
What you may do.
- Use the asset in unlimited commercial and personal projects — renders, animations, real-time scenes, client work and your own products.
- Modify, retexture and adapt the asset to fit your scene.
- Use it on behalf of clients and include the rendered or built result in deliverables you hand to them.
- Keep using assets you have already downloaded even after a subscription ends.
What you may not do.
- Resell, redistribute, sub-license or give away the asset files themselves, modified or not, as standalone files or as part of another asset pack or library.
- Make the asset available where it can be extracted as a 3D model — for example in a competing marketplace, a public repository, or a game where the raw mesh can be ripped.
- Share your account or your downloads so that others obtain the assets without their own licence.
- Use the assets to train generative machine-learning models without our written permission.
Ownership.
The Studio retains all intellectual property in the assets. This licence grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use them as described above; it does not transfer ownership. The licence for each downloaded asset is perpetual for that asset, subject to these terms.
Free and subscription assets.
Assets from the free starter pack and assets unlocked by a subscription carry the same licence and the same permitted uses. The difference is access, not rights: a subscription unlocks more of the library while it is active.
If the licence is breached.
Using an asset outside this licence — in particular redistributing the files — ends your right to use it and may give rise to liability. If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, ask us first at contact@eskultura.com.
Relationship to our other terms.
This licence sits alongside our terms of service. Where downloading and subscriptions are concerned, the terms of service apply; where the use of an asset is concerned, this licence applies.
